Care Gets U There provides non-emergency medical transportation services for individuals across Victorville and surrounding cities. Our rides are conducted with care, courtesy, and compliance with all applicable local transportation regulations.
Riders are encouraged to book in advance to guarantee availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in service restrictions.
Our top priority is your safety. Riders are expected to remain seated with a seatbelt fastened at all times. Aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service for that ride and possible long-term suspension.
Fees for transportation services will be disclosed during booking. Payment must be made in full prior to or upon completion of service. We accept multiple forms of payment. Late payment or refusal may result in denied service.
While we strive to provide timely and safe transportation, Care Gets U There is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Riders are responsible for ensuring they are prepared for pickup at the agreed time.
Care Gets U There reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
